Post Reunion Reflections

We are indeed a Record Breaking Class!  We set new records for participation and for Tower Club giving for a 35th Reunion.  Thanks to everyone for supporting us!  The Affinity Networking was very successful – Delta Phi Epsilon had 5 women in attendance who had never attended reunion. 


Reunion Photos:  We took over 500 photos over Reunion weekend.  The CD of photos is available for $20 + $5 shipping, directly from the photographer.  Print this form to order.  (The video, created for Saturday night’s dinner by Nancy Clifford , is included.  The video is a montage of moments from our years on campus, many taken from our yearbook, and is accompanied by music from the era.  It brought many attendees to tears!)
175 Classmates and a total of 248 people attended our reunion – we had a great time!


Election of Class Officers was held at the class meeting on Saturday of Reunion weekend.  Click here to see the new officers.  The officers will be meeting in early September to determine the best way to build upon the successes we achieved this year.

Lost and Found

A men’s class ring was found in New York City last summer and returned to us.  If you lost yours, please email Marty Sherman  with a description.  We’d like to reunite you with your piece of Cornell!

Become an Active Class Member

Everyone who graduated in 1973 is a member of the class – but we need active members!  An active member supports the class by paying dues every year (our fiscal year began July 1).  Paying dues annually strengthens our class treasury so that we can strengthen our links to you and the University.  Dues provide funding for class initiatives, communications, the class website, class events, and reunion.  In addition, dues payers receive a subscription to Cornell Alumni Magazine, which keeps you up to date through the class column and articles on the latest campus happenings and alumni endeavors.  You can pay dues several ways:

  • $50 regular dues, including your Cornell Magazine Subscription
  • $70 couples (both members of 1973), including one subscription to Cornell Magazine
  • $25 Dues Only (no subscription to Cornell Magazine)
  • $15 Foreign postage charge for subscriptions outside U.S.

If paying by mail, please make your check out to the Cornell Class of 1973 and mail it to:  Cornell Class of 1973, Alumni Affairs, PO Box 6582, Ithaca, NY 14851-6582.
We encourage you to pay on-line, which subsequently signs you up for automatic payment annually. While you are at it, send us some news for the column in the Cornell Alumni Magazine!  (click here to send news).
